Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem on March 15 discussed bilateral issues with US Foreign Minister Condoleezza Rice in Washington DC during his official visit (March 10-17) to the US. The visit aims to speed up the implementation of the agreements reached by the two countries’ leaders in line with the Joint Statements issued in June 2005 and November 2006, Mr. Khiem told his US counterpart.
