A grand celebration marking the 77th founding anniversary (February 3) of the Communist Party of Vietnam was held in Hanoi on February 2. Speaking at the function, Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh said the Party’s leadership was the decisive factor for the success of the Vietnamese revolution.
