The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee commented on the Bill on Judicial Assistance, the revised Law on Organization of the NA, the Bill on Chemicals, the Bill on Special Amnesty, and the draft Ordinance on High Technologies during its 47th session held on March 1-8. Discussing the Bill on Judicial Assistance, the Committee focused on judicial assistance in both civil and criminal cases as well as issues involving criminal extradition and transfer between countries.
