On August 3 thru 9, seven legal documents, including three of the Government, three of the Prime Minister, and one of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, were issued.
Government Decree No. 64/2015/ND-CP issued on August 6 prescribes the mechanism for coordination among ministries, ministerial-level agencies and provincial-level People’s Committees in managing foreigners’ entry into, exit from, transit through and residence in Vietnam.
Decree No. 65/2015/ND-CP of August 7 revises a number of articles of the decrees concerning the handling of administrative violations in state management fields related to the publishing, provision and disclosure of false information.
Another document issued by the Government on August 5 is Resolution No. 59/NQ-CP on implementation of the Investment Law and Enterprise Law.
Three documents issued by the Prime Minister include Decision No. 1233/QD-TTg of August 3 approving the plan on import management through 2020; Decision No. 31/2015/QD-TTg of August 4 providing for quotas of luggage, assets, donations and gifts, and goods samples exempted from duty, considered for duty exemption or not liable to duty; and Decision No. 32/2015/QD-TTg on the management and use of cars in state agencies, public non-business units and single-member limited liability companies with 100% charter capital held by the State.
The last document is Circular No. 25/2015/TT-BCT issued on August 3 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which sets principles of administering import tariff quotas for sugar in 2015.- (VLLF)
