Nation to join revised Kyoto Convention on customs
The General Department of Customs (GDC) has reviewed Vietnam’s legal documents against standards of the Protocol Revising the 1973 Kyoto Convention (the Revised Kyoto Convention) for the country’s earliest participation in this Convention.
