New VAT Law prevents tax credit frauds
On June 3, 2008, the National Assembly passed Value- Added Tax (VAT) Law No. 13/2008/QH12 (the 2008 Law) in replacement of the 1997 VAT Law, which was revised in 2003 and 2005 (the current Law).
