Prime Minister asks preparations for Standing Committee’s session
The Prime Minister assigned the Ministries of Finance; Justice; and Defense to make preparations for the fifth session of the National Assembly Standing Committee, scheduled to run from January 23-26, according to a notice of the Government Office released on January 8.

The Prime Minister assigned the Ministries of Finance; Justice; and Defense to make preparations for the fifth session of the National Assembly Standing Committee, scheduled to run from January 23-26, according to a notice of the Government Office released on January 8.

Accordingly, the Minister of Finance shall prepare and submit a report on the packaged expenditure mechanism applicable to taxation, treasury and customs agencies; and participate in preparing a Bill on Management and Use of State Property and a Bill on Compulsory Purchase and Requisition of Property.

The Minister of Justice shall prepare and submit a draft Ordinance Revising a Number of Articles of the Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations and coordinate with others in formulating a Bill on Promulgation of Legal Documents (amended).

The Minister of Defense shall join others in preparing a draft Ordinance Revising a Number of Articles of the Ordinance on the Vietnam Coast Guard and a draft Ordinance on the Defense Industry.-
