Prime Minister urges efforts to achieve the 2008 socio-economic targets
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on December 24 asked for further efforts from other cabinet members to help the country achieve an economic growth rate of 9 per cent next year and maintain a lower inflation rate.
