The Prisoner Transfer Agreement and a memorandum of understanding on legal and judicial cooperation between the Governments of Vietnam and the United Kingdom (UK) were signed during a Vietnam visit by the UK Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice Jack Straw, which lasted from September 11-13.
