Various consultancy panels, including lawyers, legal consultants and business legal collaborators, will be installed in disadvantaged localities to assist 80% of small- and medium-sized enterprises there in getting basic business law consultancy in order to inrease their business efficiency and competitiveness and avoid legal risks.
As provided in Prime Minister Decision No. 585/QD-TTg of May 5, in the first phase (2010-11) of a VND 190 billion program on legal aid for enterprises during 2010-14, 65,000 managers and 9,700 legal affair officials of enterprises in Can Tho, Dak Lak, Dong Nai, Quang Binh, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc and Hanoi will be provided with business law knowledge and 95% of enterprises will have access to up-to-date legal information.
The program will be implemented through three projects of improving the quality of communication work for enterprises, providing legal aid for certain business operations, and building institutional capacity.
