Minister of Construction Nguyen Hong Quan recently granted an interview to Thoi bao Kinh te Vietnam (Vietnam Economic Times), saying that in 2009 the system of legal documents on the real estate market will be further improved to ensure publicity and transparency and curb speculation on the market.
