Strategy for judicial reform to 2020

On June 2, 2005, the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam adopted Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW on the Strategy for Judicial Reform to 2020. Following are excerpts of this resolution.
