Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has instructed the Ministry of Finance to complete a list of imported goods subject to customs procedures at border gates of importation to be submitted to the Prime Minister for promulgation in March.
Under the Deputy PM’s instruction, imported goods with preferential import duty rates, even particularly preferential duty rate of 20 percent or higher, will be removed from the list and not be specified in the list of references to ministerial-level guiding legal documents.
